No matter if you are an early career researcher, a senior researcher or a data manager, we might have the right training for you.

Training for (early career) scientists

Do you want gain hands-on experience in, e.g., data management planning, file and folder organisation, metadata creation, data submission and archival? We offer tailored trainings and workshops forcussing on these and more topics, adressing possible challenges during a research study.
Although the focal target group is early carreer researchers, the trainings are generally open to anyone who is interested. They can be included in graduate school or research training group programs or can be conducted for your individual working group.

Training for data managers

Are you a researcher or data manager responsible for data management issues at your institute or working group interested to learn more about virtual research environments for data management? Our partners at the "Staatliche Naturwissenschaftliche Sammlungen Bayerns" (with SNSB IT Center) - a research institute for natural history in Bavaria - offer regular workshops for Diversity Workbench (DWB), a virtual research environment for the management and analysis of various kinds of biodiversity and geoscience data. It can be applied by institutions as well as individual researchers.
